Sheri Flagler is a trusted Greater Boston real estate professional known for her attentive approach, strategic negotiation skills, and nearly 25 years of industry experience. As a Senior Real Estate Associate and Luxury Real Estate Specialist with Coldwell Banker Realty, Sheri helps buyers, sellers, investors, and developers navigate the local market with clarity and confidence.
With deep roots in Brookline and extensive knowledge of Newton, Boston, MetroWest, and surrounding communities, Sheri offers valuable insight into local market trends, property values, and neighborhood dynamics. Her experience spans luxury homes, condominiums, new construction, investment properties, and residential real estate across a wide range of price points.
Before entering real estate, Sheri worked as an art director for Boston-area advertising agencies, developing branding and marketing materials for corporate clients, including companies within the real estate industry. This creative and strategic background allows her to bring a distinctive marketing perspective to every property she represents.
Sheri also served for more than 20 years on the Brookline Preservation Commission, including nearly a decade as Chair. Her experience gives her a unique understanding of architecture, historic properties, preservation requirements, and residential development throughout the Greater Boston area.
